Sound Isolation Clips

We offer a vast selection of sound isolating clips that are used to secure hat channel in soundproofing projects.  The sound isolating clips help isolate the new wall or ceiling from the existing structure by limiting the contact between the two structures.  Sound clips are designed to absorb vibrational sound from the existing structure and allow the hat channel to flex in suspension which helps reduce sound transmission.  When using clips/channel for a wall/ceiling please keep in mind that the new structure must be designed with extra mass.  We highly recommend 2 layers of drywall be installed over the channel in conjunction with Green Glue Compound to reduce resonance at lower sound frequencies. View our available soundproofing clips below or contact us for more information about our acoustic isolation products.
