HIGH-TEMP INSULATION

High Temp Insulation Materials are for applications with an operating temperature of 650°F and higher. We carry a range of high-temp foam insulation products, from pipe insulation blankets to calcium silicate. These high temperature insulation materials are broken into the following categories: 

• Ceramic Blanket: Used for extreme temperatures up to 2150°F - Commonly used on Boilers, Breechings, Exhaust Ducts/Pipes, Ovens/Kilns, etc.
• Fire Blanket: Not high temperature per say, however these fire-rated insulation blankets are used as a fire-protection on grease ducts and kitchen exhaust ductwork.
• Mineral Wool Insulation: Used for temperatures up to 1200°F - Common used on Boilers, Industrial Piping, Ovens, etc.
• Refractories: Used for extreme temperatures up to 2900°F - Used in foundry ladles, launders and repairs to boiler linings
