Color PVC Pipe Insulation Jacketing is a 20 mil PVC sheet heat curled to fit perfectly over insulated pipes. This material is usually used in food processing facilities and mechanical rooms to create a clean look (USDA/FDA Approved).
Each piece of jacketing is 48" long and has SSL tape (Self Sealing Lap) down the inside of the lap to provide easy installation. The use of Color King Tacks serrated tacks is allowed on hot systems (not cold/chilled). For Cold/Chilled piping systems seal laps and joints with Clear PVC Tape. For USDA food processing applications, please seal all laps and joints with PermaWeld PVC Liquid Adhesive or Low VOC Proto-One Adhesive for a water tight bond. Use of our Bungee Cords will help in the installation with use of the PermaWeld.
*NOTE: Color PVC Jacketing is not recommended for exterior applications as the color will fade.

Took a little while to ship out, but after looking for other vendors with colored PVC I was pleased to find these ones for sale. So far so good!

Cut & Curl Jacketing
I liked this product very much. I have a stupid cat that decided that he wanted to shred all the insulation off from any pipe that was lower toward the floor. This stuff stopped him plus cleaned up the look of our plumbing.

PVC Jacket in Color
I found the colors on the pvc jacket to be very nice and I am happy with the results. Took about 2 weeks to get which I guess is understandable because they are special order.

Color Theme with PVC
I have pipes in my finished basement that the contractor had to leave exposed outside the walls/ceiling. The man cave is Patriots theme so we went with Light Gray and Red on 2 pipes to contrast our blue paint. It looks really cool. I emailed Mark photos.

Sharp Looking
PVC jacket in white looks good but add color and it looks sharp! Bought jacket, elbows, tees and tacks in Green and yellow. Lots of compliments on the piping. Plan ahead since it took a few weeks to get.
