1-1/2" Round Lock Washers

Round Self-Locking Washers are used to secure board or batt insulation onto self-stick or perforated base pins. The lock washers are 1-1/2" round punchouts of galvanized steel.  The washer fits 12 gauge pins (all pins sold on our site).
When installing on softer batt insulation make sure not to compress the insulation (causes loss of R-Value).

APPLICATIONS:

Large Lock Washers are preferred when installing heavier insulations such as:

• XPS / ESP Foam Board (Dow Blue Board / Foamular)
• Fiberglass Building Insulation Batts (R-13, R-19 etc)
• Vinyl Metal Building Insulation on Ceilings/Walls
• Fiberglass Board (FSK, ASJ, Plain)
