Mineral Wool Acoustic Panels are used as a core insulation for DIY Bass Traps and Acoustic Wall Panels. Our Rockwool/Thermafiber Mineral Wool comes in two different types of densities (4# and 8#) and a variety of thicknesses from 1", 2", 3". or 4" thick depending on your acoustical requirements.  Mineralwool with FRK Facings are also available for bass trap applications where high frequency absorption is not wanted.
