Self Sticking Insul Hangers are used to fasten insulation material to walls and ceilings. Self Sticking Insul Hangers have a steel base which is backed with a ready to use "Peel & Stick" foam adhesive for quick and easy install onto sheet metal. The base is attached with a sharp pin which pierces the insulation. A Self Locking Washer is then placed onto the pin to securely hold the insulation in place. The excess pin length can then be trimmed with Channellock end cutters.
Sold in packs of 100, each box comes with 100 pieces of 2-1/2" Self Sticking Insulation Pins with 100 Self Locking Washers. For jobs that require minimal hangers, this 100 pack comes with everything an insulator needs for installing board or wrap.
*Self Sticking Insulation Hangers work best on new/clean sheet metal. Perforated Pins should be used on older/painted ducts, or metal building roofs.
*Max Temperature rating for the self sticking adhesive is 120°F.

I used the self sticking hangers to install foam board insulation in my DIY van conversion. After failing using foam glue that I was unable to secure long enough for the glue to set, I followed the recommendation of another DIYer and purchased these awesome pins. SO easy and what a time saver! You should advertise on van conversion you tube videos!

Insulate roof of cargo van with stick pins
Great product, no mess, and no smell of using spray glue. Simply wipe the area with 91% alcohol remove the paper baking and stick. Then cut the size of ridged foam and push through the pins and apply the washer for secure fit

Easy van insulation
They stuck firmly to the metal on my van and haven’t come loose with the bouncing around in the back. My only concern is how they’ll hold up in the summer if it gets above 120, but I added some insulation tape around the edges for additional support. Overall great product. Just wish shipping was a cheaper. Would purchase again.

I ordered these as the insulation for the garage door did not provide enough clips. These clips worked out great & the price was reasonable
